Undoubtedly this site will change greatly over the next 18 to 24 months. There are so many steps to be taken and new features to add that there will always be new things to see here.
We are going to have our failures and successes on-line... good or bad, it will posted here as we educate ourselves in the process of film production.
Things to be added include:
- e-commerce capability for monetary contribution or membership fees
- a back end database to manage script contents, manage member alterations to the script, and track finances
- introduction of an outside accounting firm to manage the finances and keep things above board
- auto generated web pages to manage the high volume of pictures, sounds, and video clips we'll ultimately acquire
- custom graphics and logos just for FilmDreams
- promotion on TV magazines and search engines
- a mailing list to keep interested parties informed of our progress and occasional need for group review and decision
- etc.
